SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We understand the value of your time. We can say that with great honor that we are never late and our customer’s shipments reach their destinations within the prescribed time. We offer very economical rates with effective tracking of your shipments.
When you place an order on Elegant savvy, you will receive an order confirmation call from our customer service representative within 8 to 12 hours. After you have confirmed your order, consignment will be dispatched immediately and it will reach you anywhere in Pakistan within 4-5 working days. Your delivery is made through Trustable Courier.
You can track your order by online tracking, email, WhatsApp or call our customer service center if unexpected delays occur with your order, which is highly unlikely. Our customer service department will effectively act to solve your problem and rectify it by taking necessary actions.
Order Confirmation
To confirm the order our customer service representative will call you within 8 to 12 hours. In case you do not receive the call, our customer service representative will call you 3 times. If you do not respond all 3 calls for order confirmation, your order will be considered canceled. You will also receive timely emails about your order confirmation process. And only upon confirmation from you, we will dispatch your order.
Cancellation
We believe in store choices and work our way to provide our customer with the best services and care. Therefore, you have the option to cancel your order by informing us at Elegant Savvy or calling at our customer service department. Please note that the shipment or the item you ordered will be dispatched within 24 hours, hence the order can only be canceled at the time of the order confirmation call. Once you have confirmed the order, it will not be canceled.
Dispute & Returns
Buying or Selling at Elegant Savvy is not risky at all. Our customer service department is also available 12 hours a day and 6 days a week. The customers should inform Elegant Savvy within 2 days of receiving the order. Once the customer has informed about the return of the order, our shipping partner will collect that order within 5 working days. Elegant Savvy will issue you a refund coupon code which will reflect on the Elegant Savvy website. The customer can use that coupon to order a new item he/she likes.
Note: Make sure the items are completely intact (unused) i.e. the item must contain all the original tags and packaging. Our team at Elegant Savvy itself will deliver these goods and ensure the product’s fitness and quality by the buyer at the time of the delivery. Once the delivery has been accepted, no returns are accepted.
